MZ RIDE Executive Sprinter - Group Airport Transfers in NYC: Families, Teams and Corporate Delegations

Start with headcount and luggage

Count passengers and bags, including carry-ons, strollers and equipment. Vehicle size depends on both. A sedan fits a few travelers with normal bags; SUVs, vans and multiple vehicles suit larger groups or heavier luggage.

One vehicle or several?

A single van keeps the group together, but a group of eight or more may need two vehicles. Splitting into two cars speeds loading and lets travelers with different plans depart separately.

Staggered arrivals

Groups often arrive on different flights. Give us all the flight numbers and we coordinate pickups so each party is met when they land, or gather everyone at a meeting point.

Teams and events

Sports teams, choirs and conference groups often have equipment and tight schedules. Tell us what you are bringing and the itinerary and we plan vehicles and timing. See our Madison Square Garden and Javits Center pages for event transportation.

Corporate delegations

Delegations need discretion and punctuality. We coordinate several vehicles, share one point of contact and adapt when schedules change. See our UN General Assembly page.

Families with children

Tell us about car seats, boosters and strollers when you book. We can arrange the right seating and plan extra time for loading and unloading.

Meeting points and communication

  • Share a single phone number for the group leader.
  • Confirm the terminal and pickup point before you land.
  • Keep travelers together after baggage claim.

Airports we serve

We serve JFK, LaGuardia, Newark, Teterboro and more.

Sample plans for common groups

A family of six with luggage: one SUV or a van, plus extra room for bags and a stroller. A sports team of 15: a larger vehicle or two vans, with a separate car for equipment. A corporate delegation of eight: two SUVs or a van, with a lead car and one point of contact.

Arrival and departure timing

Groups take longer to load and unload, and check-in takes longer with many bags. Add extra time for departures and expect a longer wait at baggage claim for arrivals. We recommend pickup times that reflect the group’s size.

Handling special items

Instruments, sports equipment, trade-show materials and large cases all need space. List them when you book and we plan the vehicle or a second vehicle for equipment.

Budgeting for group travel

Group rates depend on the number of vehicles, distance and timing. Request a quote when you reserve and we confirm the rate before you book, so you can share it with your group.

A sample schedule for a group arrival

  • Flights land between 2 and 4 p.m.; we assign pickups by flight.
  • A lead vehicle takes the first arrivals to the hotel.
  • A second vehicle collects later arrivals.
  • A single contact keeps the group informed.

Communication tips

Share a group chat or a single phone number with all travelers. Post the pickup point, the vehicle description and the chauffeur’s name. The clearer the message, the smoother the arrival.

Students, seniors and tour groups

Student and senior tour groups need more time for boarding and unloading. Tell us about mobility needs and we plan vehicles with easy access, and extra time at each stop.

Budgeting for a group

Group pricing depends on the number of vehicles and the distance. Request a quote when you reserve and we confirm it before you book.
