Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. Here's how cancellations work for MZ Ride bookings.
Last Updated: August 2026Sedan / SUV Bookings
- Free cancellation: 12+ hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- Late cancellation (less than 12 hours before pickup): full fare is charged.
Sprinter Van / Limousine / Bus Bookings
- Free cancellation: 5+ days before the scheduled pickup time.
- Late cancellation (less than 5 days before pickup): full fare is charged.
Diverted, Cancelled, or Changed Flights
Please contact our dispatch at +1 (929) 999-1626 as soon as possible. If your chauffeur has already dispatched to meet you, a "No-Show" fee (100% of the fare) will apply, and additional waiting time charges may be added if you request the chauffeur to wait.
How to Cancel
Contact our dispatch team by phone at +1 (929) 999-1626 or toll-free at +1 (888) 404-4448 as early as possible so we can confirm your cancellation and, where applicable, waive any fee.
